Graduated from University of Colorado- USA in 1983, Mr. Khorma holds a bachelor’s degree of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering, Mr. Khorma has held the position of Chief Operating Officer at A.D-Land since company’s inception in April 2006.
Being Key Senior Management personnel in-charge, Mr. Khorma oversees the overall operation of the business and acts as key Decision Maker on daily business management tasks, as well as he serves as main contributor for setting long term Business Strategies that are designed to achieve the Group Vision & Mission in mainly in the Construction field of the business in addition to mid-term and long-term investments of AD-Land Group.
Prior to A.D-Land, Mr. Khorma has started his career in Civil Engineering & Contracting since 1984 across Jordan and UAE.
Graduated from Anahuac University in Mexico with a bachelor’s degree in Architecture. Alejandro earned master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Management from Liverpool University and a Studies Program at the London School of Economics, LSE/ Catalunya Polytechnic University, Barcelona, Spain.
More than 15 years of vast experience in Architecture, Project Management and Real Estate Development having been involved with international projects across 15 countries. Alejandro also a former Board Member for 6 years in one of UAE’s leading construction company.
Having joined Royal Group in 2008, being involved in the development of several companies within the group. His previous international experience in Europe and America as well as his knowledge in the Private and Public Sectors both as a Consultant and Client representative, all provide him with the in-depth understanding and vision required to lead the operation of the organization.
